"These are the cheapest, crummiest row counters I have ever encountered. I can't use either one of them because neither rotates. I can't change from one number to another at all. They're both solidly stuck. It costs too much postage to return them. I wasted $7.50 plus postage for junk I can't use. I'll have to look elsewhere for workable row counters. This is the downside of ordering over the internet - you cannot actually hold it in your hands & see if it works. Willow Quality Control???? "

"the best! I've used these since the 1960s, when I first learned to knit. I can't imagine why anyone would use any other kind - they're great! To the lady from Canada who rated them 1-star, they're not supposed to clip to your bag, they fit over the needle you are knitting with. Just push it down to the end of the needle, turn it to count two rows. I had one once that was very hard to turn, but that's a minor quibble in more than 50 years of using them. I highly recommend these!"

"Highly recommend! Love these row counters! I have the worst memory and was relying on making check marks on my pattern whenever I completed a row. These are much more effective and it felt like I actually finished my projects a bit faster."

"Does what it's supposed to. These row counters are designed to slip onto needles and/or hooks for knitting or crochet. They work exactly as they are designed. Pros: They keep count of the rows, they go wherever your other equipment goes. Cons: If you are working on a project with more than 99 rows, you'll have to reset the counter. If you use it improperly, it's hard to keep track of/keep handy."
