If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return unused merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions.

Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available within the continental United States for an additional $9.00. Your order will deliver in-stock merchandise within 3 business days of shipment. Please provide a street address. No P.O. boxes. We may have items due to size or availability that are not available for rush delivery. These will be noted in the product copy as well as in the checkout. Rush charge still applies to orders which qualify for free shipping.

"Really glad to have all these in one book. I am glad they tell you what brand of yarn is shown in the picture-- sometimes it's hard to find the right colors. It would be nice if there was a symbol for knit or crochet near the materials list like you have the yarn weight. Then I could tell at a glance what type it is."
