Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return it for a full refund or exchange within 6 months. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions.
International Orders
All orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your order must total a minimum of $50 (Canadian funds) for merchandise.
2. Actual shipping charges will be added and billed to your credit card after your order has been placed. This is due to the fact that we are required to ship 'by weight', which cannot occur until the products in your order are collected (most International orders fall between $45 and $60 for shipping).
3. A processing charge of $10.00 per order will be added.
4. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
5. Disney products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
6. DMC® floss and products are not available to order outside Canada or the U.S.
7. All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.
8. At this time, we will not fulfill orders to the following countries, as we cannot insure package deliveries to : Mexico, Costa Rica, Laos, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia, Iraq and Iran.
